Back in March, we learned how AI tools like ChatGPT can help shop owners build smarter processes. Now it's time to go deeper into Google Workspace itself. Gabriella Laszlo, founder of KloudGem LLC, a Google Workspace (G Suite) consultancy and training business, will walk through real, practical solutions built specifically for automotive repair shops — from keeping your data secure, to organizing your SOPs, to creating video content that sells your work.

This is a working session — BRING YOUR LAPTOP — not an iPad or your SmartPhone, a laptop — and be ready to follow along, collaborate, and build your skillset learning about these practical tools you can begin using right away in your own shop.

Why Attend

  • Hands-on working session, not a lecture — bring your laptop and try it live

  • Learn to secure shop data with Gemini and Google Workspace

  • Organize hundreds of SOPs in Drive and Sites with the right permissions for staff vs. leadership

  • Create simple videos for your website and social channels

Who Should Attend

  • Shop owners, service managers, and staff who touch customer files, SOPs, scheduling, or your shop's online presence

  • No tech background needed
